In this presentation, you will learn your communication and motivation style, as well as how to most effectively communicate and motivate other styles. John uses Number Typing, a tool based off the Enneagram, to determine your personality type then show you insights into how you can leverage your personality strengths and manage possible weaknesses. John also delivers an easy model for promoting leadership and proactive motivation in achieving goals.
